Future University in Egypt Celebrates the Academic Excellence of Its Master’s Graduates in Clinical Pharmacy

Future University in Egypt proudly celebrates a remarkable academic achievement by three distinguished members of its Faculty of Pharmacy community, Fatma Makram Youssef, Hoda Mohamed Ibrahim, and Alaa Mahmoud Ahmed, who have successfully defended their Master’s theses in Pharmacy Practice and Clinical Pharmacy in 2025.

This milestone marks a significant chapter in their academic and professional journeys and reflects the Faculty’s ongoing commitment to fostering excellence in pharmaceutical education, scientific research, and healthcare innovation.

Fatma, Hoda, and Alaa began their journey at the Faculty of Pharmacy, Future University in Egypt, graduating in 2021. Driven by a passion for academic advancement and professional development, they continued their careers as Teaching Assistants in the Department of Pharmacy Practice and Clinical Pharmacy, where they have contributed to both education and research while pursuing their postgraduate studies.

Their successful completion of the Master’s Program was achieved under the supervision of a distinguished team of Clinical Pharmacy scholars, including Prof. Ehab Rasmy Bendas, Prof. Hayam Atteya Moussa, Dr. Eman El-Mokadem, and Dr. Nouran Omar, whose guidance and mentorship played a vital role in supporting their academic growth and research excellence.

Throughout their postgraduate studies, the three researchers demonstrated exceptional dedication to advancing the field of clinical pharmacy. Their work has resulted in publications in highly ranked international journals, addressing critical topics that contribute to improving therapeutic outcomes, enhancing patient care, and advancing pharmaceutical practice. Future University In Egypt (FUE) Earn a Masters by Research (MSc) at UCC

Recent graduates from the Faculty of Pharmacy at the Future University of Egypt applying for a Masters by Research program in the School of Pharmacy at UCC will be able to avail of the EU fee rate. A Masters by Research degree is a supervised research program that lasts for a minimum of one year (full-time). Students must undertake research equivalent to 90 ECTS credits, and they must then submit a thesis that will be reviewed by both internal and external examiners.
